To deeply investigate the individuals’ behavior, a network model is constructed to examine how the social benefits like status and respect stimulate the knowledge disseminative will or the knowledge absorptive will of actors during the knowledge transfer processes. The simulation results show that the incentive mechanism for individuals can promote the disseminative capacity of knowledge senders, accelerate the processes of knowledge transfer and improve the knowledge stock of the organization to a certain extent.
